What will I need at the gate for checking in?
Simply provide us with your name, email address & order number at registration.
Your booking confirmation order number will start with a #
Can I purchase a day ticket?
Yes, Day tickets are available at our events and can be purchased on the gate from 9am.
Prices are variable for each event and day ticket prices are only displayed on the gate of each event and our social media pages.

Are there onsite toilets and showers?
Yes we have onsite toilets at our events.
Please note that if you wish to use our shower facilities, You'll need to Book into Zones A&B upon booking.
Do i need to pay for the live entertainment zone and live bands area?
No, live entertainment and the live bands area is included in the price of your ticket.
Do i need to pay for the food market?
Access to the Artisan Food market is free of charge but you do need to pay for the food on offer as they are individual traders.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes we allow dogs at our events as long as they are kept on a lead at all times
Do I have to camp onsite? And is it any cheaper to stay off site?
No, once you have your ticket you are free to stay offsite if you wish to but you must park in the dedicated arrival zone for offsite Attendees.
We do NOT offer discounted tickets for offsite attendees.
